Leave the rig on the coast
Plenty of Winter Texans spend the season around Rockport, Fulton and Goose Island State Park and head home in spring. Instead of towing the RV north and back every year, leave it here between seasons — it's waiting when you come back.
Book the fall early
Fall is when the snowbird rigs arrive, and the three 50-foot spots in the 15-foot-tall oversize building go first. If you know your dates, call ahead and the office can hold a spot for you.
Month to month
There's no annual contract. Rent for the months your RV is here and give notice when you're ready to leave.

Yes. Rentals are month to month, so you pay only for the months your RV is stored.
Can I pay my rent while I'm out of state?

Can I get in at night or early in the morning?
Yes. The gate is automated and open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the parking rows are lit — plenty of boats leave before sunrise.
How do I reserve a space?
Call 361-230-3668 or send a message from the contact page. The office tells you what's open, holds the spot and sets up your gate code. Rentals are month to month.
