How much does boat or RV storage cost at Goose Island Park Storage?+
Uncovered 10 × 30 ft spaces are $80 a month, covered 12 × 35 ft spots are $125 a month, and our three extra-long 11 × 50 ft covered spots are $175 a month. All rentals are month to month. Call 361-230-3668 to check what's open.
Do you have regular storage units?+
We rent whole 9 × 40 ft steel shipping containers (360 sq ft) instead of small units — one renter per container, and you drive right up to the doors. Standard containers are $125 a month; climate-controlled containers are $150 a month.
Where are you located?+
1401 8th St, Rockport, TX 78382 — in the Lamar area near Goose Island State Park, a few minutes from the state park boat ramp on St. Charles Bay.
How do I pay my rent online?+
Use the Pay rent link at the top or bottom of any page — it opens our secure U-Haul payment portal (https://storageaffiliatepayments.com/?locationId=e52b2686-8908-4b9b-8e85-04b466a715a6), where you can pay by card anytime.
How do I reserve a space?+
Call 361-230-3668 or send us a message on the contact page. The office will tell you what's open, hold a spot for you and set up your gate code.
Can I get in at night?+
Yes — the gate is fully automated and open 24 hours, and the parking rows are lit. Your code works at 4am when the tide is right, and plenty of boats roll out before sunrise or come back late from flounder gigging.
Is the container really all mine?+
One renter per container. No shared aisle, no neighbours' boxes, and you park right at the doors.
How long is the commitment?+
Month to month — no long lease, and your rate is your rate. Snowbirds often stay the whole season.
Do you have room for a 40-ft rig?+
Covered spots run to 50 feet — we keep three extra-long ones for the biggest rigs. Call ahead in the fall, that's when the snowbird rigs arrive.
